Joe Killpack is the co-founder of New Peak Homes, serving as CEO and Senior Sales Executive of New Peak Construction and Managing Partner of New Peak Land Development. A graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration, Joe has a background in sales, construction, and land development. He previously managed multimillion-dollar accounts at Icon Health & Fitness and served on the Green River, Wyoming Planning and Zoning Commission. Fluent in Spanish, he is a devoted family man who enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Stacie, and their four children.

Jared Killpack is the co-founder of New Peak Construction and New Peak Land Development, serving as Chief Marketing Officer and managing projects in Laramie and Jackson Hole, Wyoming. A University of Wyoming graduate with a degree in Business Administration, he has over 13 years of construction experience and is a licensed realtor. Fluent in Spanish and K’ekchi’, Jared values strong client relationships and efficient project management. He and his wife, Danielle, have two sons, and he is passionate about fostering economic growth in the Mountain States.​
